Freedom Boat Adventures CIC is a charity company based in Mersea, Essex.  The company can be contacted by emailing one of the Directors at paul.button@freedomboatadevntures.com .  The organisation aims to offer fully accessible trips on the River Blackwater enabling those that would not normally be able to access a boat without assistance.  It is also envisaged to provide training opportunities too.  Any "personal data" and/or "special category data" (as defined in UK data protection legislation) are processed by the organisation and/or its volunteers to provide these services.  All feasible security measures are in place.  Confidentiality and security are very important to us.  Data will be retained s long as they remain pertinent to the reasons for collection.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of the contracted services, for administration purposes and/or if we are required to do so by UK law.  Data may be shared with local businesses as part of the provision of our services too.  We cannot accept any liability for any processing by a third party outside our remit.
In accordance with legislation, we will conduct a cookie audit on the website, once it is published.  The results will be published here.
